All these consulting modules are spread over a period of four weeks wherein a detailed study is done to identify the specific areas that need to be addressed to ensure growth in revenues for the organization.
The said projects normally are taken up during July to April, every year.
Since Universal Business School follows a pattern of experiential learning, believing in giving its learners a hands-on learning in problem solving and consulting, the consulting group is a mix of senior faculty (Industry Experts)  consultants who come with relevant corporate and consulting experience and 2nd year students of PGDM/MBA. The students normally complete their internships by July and return to campus to complete their academic journey. During these projects, they ably assist the concerned senior faculty (Industry Experts)  consultant in identifying areas of improvement and in the research that needs to be done to get insights into the problem area.
The faculty (Industry Experts)  consultants are involved in the consulting right from the start where they bring in their corporate expertise in areas that they have worked and excelled in during their corporate stints. They design the research parameters and are deeply involved in the analytics and final solution-finding process.
The consulting process comprises of getting first an overview of the problem and later a deep understanding of the areas that need immediate attention to ensure that the organization can make a midway strategic shift to remain competitive.

Each consulting module of the first 5 listed above are priced at only INR 50,000.00 (taxes extra as applicable)
The process flow is as under:
1. Identification of areas of concern needing study and intervention                  
2. Signing of MOU and NDA (if essentially required)
3. Assigning the right faculty consultant to then project
4. Deep study of the problem area and interaction with concerned stakeholders
5. Data gathering through primary or secondary research
6. Analysis of the data gathered
7. Identify solutions
If the problem area is clearly identified by the business owner, the same might be shared with the faculty consultant. Else, while performing the diagnostic check, the problem areas would show up and these would be explored for further study and intervention by the consulting team.
